I'm terrible at being patient. It's just not in my genes. But try as I may, I cannot wait... CANNOT WAIT for season two of Trial & Error. This show is everything that I loved about Clue, Parks & Rec and Perry Mason. It's kitschy comedy with the perfect combination of whodunit and legal dramedy. John Lithgow is impeccable as the main murder suspect in a small town trial, completely endearing and unbearably dubious. His legal team brings the laugh out loud funny with Nicholas D'Agosto (Gotham, Masters of Sex), Sherri Shepherd (30 Rock), and Steven Boyer (High Maintenance.) These well-drawn characters just tickled me and create a memorable chemistry. Jayma Mays (Glee) as the the sexually-frustrated prosecutor is an absolutely perfect foil to D'Agosto's inexperienced trial lawyer. If this isn't enough, the story is well-crafted with jokes building over time. Nothing can beat good writing. And "rollercising." You'll get it when you watch it.
